Our Founder
Sibel Üçüncü is a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration and holds certified public accountant and independent auditor certificates. Since 1987, she has served as a financial affairs manager in various institutions, notably Volkswagen Elektrik Sistemleri, and has been providing services at NOVUS Denetim ve SMMM, which she founded, since 2011. She has over 35 years of experience in company establishment, auditing, merger/acquisition, and incentive projects, and has worked with international reporting standards such as TMS, US GAAP, and IFRS. She has advanced proficiency in English and intermediate proficiency in German.
