Sibel ÜÇÜNCÜ
- She graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Business Administration in 1986 and completed the International Finance (English) program at Istanbul University Institute of Business Economics in the same year.
- She started her professional career in 1987 as a cost accounting specialist at HEMA Industry Inc., and continued as a commercial accounting supervisor in the Japanese Sumitomo group.
- Between 1991 and 2007, she worked at Volkswagen Electrical Systems Inc. as a finance supervisor, commercial accounting coordinator, accounting manager, and group manager of financial affairs.
- She obtained her certified public accountant certificate in 1999 and her independent auditor certificate in 2015.
- Since 2011, she has been continuing her work at NOVUS Audit and Certified Public Accountant Ltd. Co., of which she is the founder.
- Throughout her professional career spanning more than thirty-five years, she has participated in numerous trainings, seminars, workshops, and similar activities. She has undertaken the responsibility for projects such as company establishment both domestically and abroad, establishment and management of ERP systems, risk assessments, company valuations, acquisitions, mergers/transfers, investment incentives, SGK (Social Security Institution) incentives, VAT refunds, etc., and has reported in TMS, US GAAP, German GAAP, HBII, and IFRS formats throughout her career.
- Her main business objective is to offer her unique experiences and accumulated knowledge to the service of clients in need and to be a solution partner in all financial matters.
- She is married and has one child.
- She has an excellent command of English and an intermediate level of German.
