Parameters Changing Depending on the New Minimum Wage to Be Applied in the Period 01/01/2023-31/12/2023

The figures that will come into effect as of 1/1/2023 and vary based on the minimum wage, announced as a gross daily amount of 333.6 TL, monthly 10,008 TL, and net 8,506.80 TL, as well as the income, monthly payments, and allowances based on the premiums collected, have been re-determined.

a) In the private sector:

Daily earnings lower limit: 333.6 TL   Monthly earnings lower limit: 10,008 TL

Daily earnings upper limit: 2,502 TL   Monthly earnings upper limit: 75,060 TL

b) In the public sector:

For the period 15/12/2022-14/1/2023, the lower limit of earnings subject to insurance premiums: 3,451.2 TL + 4,670.4 TL = 8,121.6 TL

For the period 15/12/2022-14/1/2023, the upper limit of earnings subject to insurance premiums: 25,884 TL + 35,028 TL = 60,912 TL
