The Incentive Period Under Law No. 6111 Has Been Extended

In accordance with paragraph 12 of the provisional Article 10 of Law No. 4447, the period of the "Incentive for the Employment of Youth, Women, and Those with Professional Certificates" regulated in the provisional Article 10 of Law No. 4447, which was to expire on 31/12/2022, has been extended until 31/12/2023.

Accordingly,

For insured persons meeting the conditions specified in the Law, a discount will be applied to the entire employer's share of the insurance premium calculated on the premium-based earnings of insured persons hired by employers between 01/03/2011 and 31/12/2023.

Example: For a worker covered by this incentive receiving a gross wage of 10,000.-TL, the incentive will be 10,000.-TL x 20.5% = 2,050.-TL.
