SGK, 6183 Sayılı Kanun’un 48/A Maddesine Göre Yapılan Tecil ve Taksitlendirmede Değişiklik Yaptı

1) Except for construction workplaces of a special nature and workplaces subject to tender, employers of workplaces where no insured employees have been employed for a maximum period of two years, despite not being closed, abandoned, or liquidated, shall be considered compliant premium debtors under Article 48/A of Law No. 6183 for deferment and installment arrangements.

2) The authority amounts for deferment and installment arrangements are determined as follows:

 ⎯ SGK Central Directors / Up to 2,500,000 TL

⎯ SGK Provincial Directors / Between 2,500,001 and 4,000,000 TL

 ⎯ SGK Provincial Directors in Metropolitan Municipalities / Between 2,500,001 and 5,000,000 TL

⎯ Head of Enforcement Department / Between 4,000,001 and 6,000,000 TL

⎯ General Director of Insurance Premiums / Between 6,000,001 and 8,000,000 TL

⎯ President of the Institution / Between 8,000,001 and 10,000,000 TL

⎯ Board of Directors / Up to 10,000,000 TL.
